Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to ensure that all products delivered are of satisfactory quality and arrive in good condition.

Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we only accept returns or provide refunds for products that are defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect at the time of delivery, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Where possible, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence to assist with your claim.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Perishable goods that are no longer in their original condition
  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Items returned due to change of mind
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

Exchanges are not accepted.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
